Once the immediate needs are addressed, we begin exploring the factors behind the client’s addiction and work to uncover the harmful beliefs that may be fuelling their addictive behaviour.
Together with your dedicated counselling , you’ll explore and work through the underlying factors that may be driving your substance abuse. These could include family issues, stress at work or home, past trauma, mental health challenges, or relationship difficulties.
